Crossbow USA, Inc. warrants to the original user that our E-Glide electric powerboard shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for NINETY DAYS from the date of purchase. Additionally, we warrantee our motor drive controllers (p.c. electronics) for ONE YEAR from date of purchase, and our batteries for SIX MONTHS from date of purchase. This warrantee does not apply to any powerboard that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident. Defects caused by tampering or unauthorized alterations or repairs are not covered by this warranty. We may elect to replace the entire unit at no extra cost to you, with the same model or similar model rather than repair it.
