Tools Needed
3mm Allen Wrench
8mm Socket or Wrench
Small Phillips Driver
Set board upside down on workbench.
With a small Phillips driver, remove four screws holding cover plate.
Unplug the cable and unplug the high/low switch bullet connectors.
With allen wrench and socket wrench (or wrench), remove the four bolts holding the battery box unto the board.
Remove the battery box, and place on workbench.
Remove the rubber gasket
Unplug the two bullet connectors plugged into the charger port
Remove foam
Lay down towel or soft surface, and drop front edge of battery box, to break loose batteries, and remove batteries from box.
Remove the backing of the double stick tape
Install battery in box, making sure it is pushed all the way forward. The double stick tape will hold it in place.
Re-install foam spacer and plug in charger port bullet connectors
Arrange wires on notch of aluminum box
Bolt battery on deck
Install rubber gasket and Red battery lead red + connector on electronics
Install wire loom and black battery wire to black – connector on electronics.
Connect bullet connectors for high/low switch and motor wire, running through wire loom
Plug in 14 pin white cable connector and plug in both high/low bullet connectors.
