E-Glide offers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. Boards returned under our guarantee may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the board has been ridden and is no longer in “new” condition. Boards that have not been used can be returned for full refund (less any incurred shipping fees).

Contact us if you would like to return your board for authorization. Your board must be repackaged in the original box, protected as it was received so no damage will result in shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

E-Glide Electric Skateboard Warranty

E-Glide Powerboards warrants to the original user that our E-Glide electric powerboard shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. Additionally, we warranty our motor drive controllers (p.c. electronics) for ONE YEAR from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any powerboard that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident. Defects caused by tampering or unauthorized alterations or repairs are not covered by this warranty. We may elect to replace the entire unit at no extra cost to you, with the same model or similar model rather than repair it.

Warranty return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
